One entry per household, no bulk entries or entries made by third parties. Employees of Oxfordshire Press Ltd and related companies may not enter the competition. The winner will be notified the day after the competition closes in order to arrange delivery of their prize. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen, due to the time sensitive nature of this prize. Prize must be delivered on 14 February 2012. No cash alternative.

Our Valentines competition prize consists of 12 red roses, a bottle of sparkling wine, a box of chocolates and a balloon bouquet. The prize includes delivery to a UK mainland address (some restrictions may apply). While every effort will be made to complete the delivery on 14 February 2012, the prize will be fulfilled by a third party and Oxfordshire Press accept no responsibility for any delays in fulfillment.
