1. Type www.lycos.co.uk into your internet browser window

2. Click on the 'email and sms' icon at the top of the screen

3. Find 'Lycos free email' and click on 'register'

4. Fill in your name and address and choose an email address, then check the availability of the address. Choose a password and press next

6. Fill in your details. Type in the characters you see in the box

8. Scroll down the page and click on' create my mailbox'

9. Your account will automatically be activated and you will be able to logon into your inbox by visiting: www.lycos.co.uk and clicking on the email/sms icon at the top of the page. Then type in your email address and password.
