Nicola Jones has won 40 prizes in just two months

HER MOST RECENT WIN IS A BRAND NEW MAZDA 2!

Nicola Jones is on a winning streak, in the last two months she has won 40 competitions − the prizes add up to over £14,000! They've included a VIP trip to the Silverstone Grand Prix, £1000 to spend at Wallace Sacks, £750 M&S vouchers, a Dyson and a year's family membership to her local sports centre.

 

Nicola started comping five years ago, entering every competition she could find; comps in local newspapers, simple postcard entries and tie-breakers too! In fact her first big win was from a tie-breaker competition; a holiday in Las Vegas.

 

Now Nicola enters even more comps than ever, not only postal comps but comps on the internet too. She enters hundreds of competitions a week and says her secret to getting so many entries in is to be organised.

 

"I get my postcards ready in advance and even have my name and address on pieces of plain paper in envelopes ready for plain paper entries. It's all about being prepared and saving time, so you can enter more comps." Says Nicola.

 

Last month Nicola won her best prize yet. A brand new Mazda 2.  The competition was run by Budgen/Heinz and was an entry form found in the Budgen store. You could enter as many times as you liked, but Nicola made just one entry and got it in 10 days before the closing date.

 

Just two weeks later Nicola got a call out of the blue to say she had won.  Within days her car was ordered in the colour of her choice and then she waited an agonising seven weeks before she was presented with her dream.

 

The presentation took place on Friday 15th June at 12:00 at her local Budgen store, with the local Maxda dealer, Heinz representatives and Budgen representatives present.

 

"I felt like royalty," says Nicola. "I was also handed a bouquet of flowers. It was a magic day."

 

Now Nicola is spurred on to enter as many competitions as she can. "Once you start winning," says Nicola, "you get an even bigger drive to enter competitions."

 

Winning 40 prizes in just two months, Nicola is a testament to the comping adage "You have got to be in it to win it". The more comps you enter the more you will start winning.
